From a bedroom, to a stage, to a bedroom. This is the musical metamorphosis that has taken place over the last 30 something years. Over the 3 decades I've played with bands, I've played solo, and for some years didn't play at all. Currently, I'm doing both. I write and perform songs as a solo act while I also play with the very talented Otautahi based folk-rock troupe known as Northern Fogline. My music journey is one that has followed me around the world and I'm excited to have a proper space online to share all of my projects and performances in one place.

Over the years my sound has evolved and devolved in a constant cycle fueled by both computer-based production and a penchant for personal, story-driven acoustic music. Having grown up in the southeastern US, I was exposed, rather early on in my life, to the variety of music and cultural influences that would be expected of the deep south. These multi-cultural musical influences are at the core of what I create. Through traveling and musical exploration, I've been working on a sound that is authentic to who I am, while also integrating the new sounds and ideas that I have discovered over time. My only real goal is to continue pushing my own creative boundaries while avoiding the limits of defining myself to any single musical genre or category.
